Potential award recipients were required to fill out an online application in order to be in contention for the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce Health and Wellbeing Award, and were judged by a panel of several independent judges who were unknown to one another. The awards were assessed for the level of health and wellbeing provided for both clients and employees, a demonstration that the applicants businesses are growing and thriving, and how each business was affecting the health and wellbeing of their local communities.
