Rehab2Fitness Announces Physical Therapy Services In Beverly Hills
August 29, 2016 – – Rehab2Fitness founder Roger Yamanaka, PT, has announced that the company will now be providing physical therapy services and sports performance training to clients in Beverly Hills, California. Yamanaka’s approach to rehabilitation combines brain-based neurological concepts with traditional biomechanical models to produce astounding results.
Because the brain and nervous system ultimately control muscle function and muscle function dictates how well the joints are able to move, with this combination of therapies, clients are often surprised and thrilled at the speed and precision of his techniques. Pain levels decrease, strength improves, flexibility is altered, and overall athletic performance is enhanced.
“In my sessions, we spend as much time working on the brain’s connection to your body as we do with the body itself,” Yamanaka explains. “I will identify weak links in the brain and nervous system and introduce exercises that will allow you to unlock your body’s full potential.”
Rehab2Fitness will be offering a wide variety of manual therapy techniques to address dysfunction in joints, muscles, and fascia. The company states that along with Pilates and fascial manipulation, they will also be providing Beverly Hills clients with primitive reflex release techniques, functional strength and conditioning training, and dynamic neuromuscular stabilization.
“It is our goal to ensure that you improve with each visit,” Yamanaka says. “We will be providing services that are designed to help you with a number of issues, and to ensure that you reach the level of strength and conditioning that you desire.”
Yamanaka possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Physiological Sciences from UCLA, as well as a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Boston University. He has a number of certifications which have set the tone for what has been two decades of unyielding research in the frontiers of rehabilitation and athletic performance. He consistently attends workshops and courses to even further his education, traveling to areas such as Prague, Australia, and Italy for important developments in his field.
It was in this spirit of relentless study that he became one of the one of the first to go through the highly respected Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification program and become a TPI Level 3 Medical Professional as well as a TPI Level 3 Fitness Professional.
Through Rehab2Fitness’ approach, clients have seen drastic increases in the body’s capabilities. More about Yamanaka and Rehab2Fitness can be seen on the official website at www.rehab2fitness.com.
