Rudy Trebels Founds The Wedgewood Investment Group, LLC

July 20, 2015 – – Rudy Trebels is proud to announce that he has recently founded the Wedgewood Investment Group, LLC, located in Northfield, IL. The company will focus particularly on financing senior living housing and other such development projects. They currently have around $250,000,000 of development projects lined up.

“Wedgewood was founded to help middle market companies take care of their financing and capital needs,” says Rudy Trebels. “We work with companies normally with sales of between $5,000,000 and $100,000,000. Those entities are companies that are normally in a growth mode and one of the areas that we focus on quite heavily is the senior living industry.”

Essentially, the Wedgewood Investment Group specializes in investment banking. They have a lot of expertise pertaining specifically to commercial real estate. The company helps businesses and real estate developers to finance the construction of new projects, as well as recapitalization, acquisition, and development of existing assets. To achieve this, they use a variety of different products, including equity capital, mezzanine loans, mortgages and construction loans. Because many of their projects are large scale, this variety of potential lenders and investors is very significant.
