The Film Is About 6 Female Assassins That Fight Supernatural Beings Called The Talons

LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / April 28, 2016 / The Sapphyria Chronicles, a feature film based on the adventures of six modern female warriors fighting against supernatural beings, is proud to announce its official launch.

The movie was conceived by Robert Livingston who was inspired by a high school graduation in the Philippines where a group of graduates put on a creative performance. The experience compelled him to develop something that has never been seen before- A musical group consisting of 6 women, but with a fantasy element tied into their branding.

Following similar models of the bands “The Archies” and “The Gorillaz,” who themselves have experienced unprecedented success as “cartoon bands,” Sisters of the Sapphire have already created two hit songs: “Dandelion” and “Can’t Break my Heart.” With his initial success, Livingston felt a movie was the next natural transition for his successful project.

The movie is based on the “Sisters of the Sapphire,” or “Sapphyria” who are highly trained supernatural warriors with a legacy that has been passed down through the centuries. “They have fought beside Roman legions against vampiric demons on the slopes of Pompeii and have stalked the night streets of Las Vegas keeping True Darkness at bay,” says the website.

The 6 warriors are Femasiria, Euphoria, Pandora, Saqqara, Chandria and Angelina; all who possess specific fighting skills, personality, and style. “With magic, cunning, and deadly force they are modern-day warriors against the supernatural; In other words, they’re demon hunters, vampire slayers, zombie killers – whatever you want to call them. They may be seen as ordinary young women, but they are anything but,” says the website.

The movie has piqued the interest of famous director Roger Lindley, Cinematographer Istvan Lettang, and actresses Olivia Suchko, Samantha Tilton, and Stephanie Amber.

In order to raise the funds necessary to complete the production of the feature film, Livingston and his team have taken to Indiegogo where backers can invest in the project. Gifts of appreciation are offered to every backer, including special perks such as visiting the movie set and being featured in a scene.
