SE1 estate agent: slight fall in Bermondsey property values over last 6 months

Property values in Bermondsey have decreased by 1.45% in the last six months, which compares with London’s average growth which increased by 0.77% during the same period. SE1 estate agent Garrett Whitelock comments on the figures.

SE1 estate agent Garrett Whitelock reveals that property values in Bermondsey have decreased by 1.45% in the last six months, while London’s average growth increased by 0.77% during the same period.

According to the Zoopla Zed-Index, the current average value of a semi-detached property in Bermondsey is £746,844, and the London average falls just short, at £737,515. Meanwhile, the current average value of a detached property in Bermondsey is £800,949, which compares to the London average of £1,222,603.

Flats in Bermondsey are in high demand, and this is reflected by the figures: the current average value of a Bermondsey flat is £738,090, while the London average is £549,039.
