Seattle Pool Builders To Assist With Renovation Of Swimming Pools

December 26, 2015 – – A Seattle, WA swimming pool business was recently contacted by the Mat-Su Borough community development officer to address a number of swimming pool problems. Following discussions, Seattle Pool Builders will be at the forefront of helping with the much needed renovations of many of the Borough’s public swimming pools. In so doing, they will help make sure that these vital community services may continue to exist.

Jeff Martin from Seattle Pool Builders says: “Pools are such an important element of the community. They enable children and adults alike to learn how to swim, which is a vital life skill. In addition, swimming is also an opportunity to stay physically active and healthy, as well as providing an important social function. We’re very proud to be working together with the Mat-Su Borough to enable them to continue to deliver these vital community services.”

Seattle Pool Builders is an expert on in ground swimming pools. They will be looking at the various pools in Mat-Su Borough that require attention and come up with plans for renovation. It will require far more than a simple lick of paint, with many of the pools having been left untouched for over thirty years. A planning meeting will soon be held, where residents can express some of their wishes as well.

“We really look forward to what the community has to say,” adds Jeff Martin. “We want to make sure that they know these are their swimming pools and their input, therefore, is absolutely vital. At the meeting, we will also discuss some of the ideas that we have, as well as the element of cost, so that people can debate and decide on what is most necessary.”

Although nothing has been decided yet, the company reckons that they may be asked to add swimming pool heaters to some of the pools. This will ensure that the water temperature is always comfortable. In so doing, some of the swimming facilities will also be able to offer baby swimming classes, as it is very important that babies do not find themselves in water that is much too cold.
