The company’s board of directors has initiated an internal investigation, the results of which are subject to review by the U.S. government, and the company has stopped all shipments to the distributor at issue pending resolution of the investigation.

On this news, shares of VASCO have fallen more than $0.48, or more than 1.80%, in intraday trading on July 22, 2015.
