Worldwide, February 12, 2025 — Snowfall is entering a bold new phase, strengthening its position as a leader in travel technology solutions and accelerating its service offerings.

Significant new investment has been secured to fund the relaunch, led by Korelya, the major long-term investor in the business. Existing and new investors are also providing additional support, further enabling the re-launch and re-focus of the business to meet new customer demand.

A full reset of the business has been in play since January, fully concentrating the company on delivering the travel sector’s best multimodal marketplace. Through significant investment in the creation of a seamless, one-stop global platform for the industry, the company is addressing a new generation of AI native customers and business demand that is reshaping the whole sector. The restructured operations enhance agility and sharpen focus on developing this product to meet the new generation of demand and expectation across the industry.

New senior appointments announced today include deputy CEO Hervé Gilg, (travel and operational efficiency expert with a track record of execution; Ex Alvarez & Marshal), and Matthew Turner, who joins as Chairman of the Board. Matthew Turner is currently a senior partner and leading the Triton UK conglomerate. Matthew has held a number of senior positions across the international finance landscape, including Head of Global Private Equity at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where is managed funds of more than $20 billion dollars. Hervé and Matthew will work closely with CEO Stefan Cars to drive the company’s ambitious growth strategy.
