SoundMolds are the new generation of custom-fit earbuds that deliver exceptional sound. Created by doctors, each pair of SoundMolds are made to fit the exact shape of the buyer’s ear. Much like an eye doctor has to take measurements to create a custom prescription for glasses, SoundMolds does something similar for the buyer’s ear. When a pair of SoundMolds are ordered, they send the buyer an EarPrint Impression Kit right to their door. The buyer creates an impression using the kit and then sends it back to SoundMolds to be transformed into a custom-fit pair of earbuds that won’t fall out. With SoundMolds, a custom fit means that the earbuds are staying put no matter how sweaty or extreme the user’s movements are.

SoundMolds are available to back now on Indiegogo. SoundMolds have partnered with Funded Today to attract more backers to their campaign and increase their amount of pledges. After the campaign closes, backers will be sent a survey asking for their color preference. After the survey is received, SoundMolds will send their EarPrint Impression Kit to the backer. There is only a two-week period from the time SoundMolds receives the impression kit from the backer to the time they send out the backer’s custom earbuds. The minimum pledge to receive a pair of wired SoundMolds is $149.
