Southern California Retirement Council Announces Fundraiser for Animal Relief In Disaster Area
January 30, 2017 – – Southern California Retirement Council (SCRC) has just announced they will be the main sponsor of the first annual Gymkhana & Color Run Fundraiser, for Unconditional Love Foundation, Dog and Horse Rescue (ULF). Funds will be allotted for the rescue and aid of animals in disaster stricken areas. The fundraiser is being organized by San Diegan Yvette Papazian, founder and owner of the Southern California Retirement Council, for the benefit of ULF Rescue, a non-profit rescue organization for dogs and horses. More on ULF can be seen at http://www.ulfrescue.org/.
To date, ULF has rescued over 400 horses and several hundred dogs, rehabilitating and locating adoptive forever homes. The fundraising event is slated for late spring and will be held at the Fair Grounds in Ramona, CA. Papazian and Southern California Retirement Council have been involved in supporting animals rescues through annual donates of revenue.
Papazian has been dedicated to serving investors with retirement concerns since 1999. She is a licensed insurance agent and proudly focuses on helping people understand and plan for retirement. Papazian was inspired to help investors with retirement after caring for her elderly grandmother until her passing. She comments: “I didn’t know much when it came to the availability of benefits to help my grandmother. It was a very difficult time. The only help we got was hospice, and by then, it was too late. After I lost her, I dedicated my time and efforts to learning all I could. Taxation; social security; Medicare; life insurance; retirement plans such as 401(k)s, IRAs, and pensions; and planning for long-term care needs are many of the puzzle pieces needed to have a complete picture of retirement. If my clients can understand their needs and invest towards such goals, I’ve done my job well.”
As an introduction to the services offered by Sothern California Retirement Council, Papazian offers all new clients, a four hour financial coaching program over two, one on one sessions, designed to provide broad education on retirement income planning and other related retirement topics.
Papazian has settled in beautiful San Diego, where she cares for her elderly parents. A native New Yorker, Papazian enjoys traveling and horseback riding. More on her and her company can be seen at http://retirewellca.com/.
