Spearhead Lodge offers a unique approach specifically designed to meet the needs of millennials, ages 18 to 28 years old, who are struggling with the disease of addiction.

In February 2017, Spearhead Lodge implemented a phased approach treatment plan that allows the client to move through the continuum of care with the primary focus of lasting sobriety and integration back into society as a self-sufficient adult, able to face the challenges of everyday life without substances.

The program has evolved, but our commitment and dedication to helping young adults find freedom from drug addiction and alcoholism remains the same. Spearhead Lodge is proud to offer the following services to date:

• Phase 1: 60 day, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) model with Sober Living. Clients receive 15 Clinical hours per week in a structured environment, including energy engagement and recreational therapy without the use of technology, and life skills training. 24/7 staff supervision and support.
• Phase 2A: 30 day, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) model with Sober Living. Clients begin transitioning into the next level of care, gradually begin gaining independence, and technology is returned. Clients participate in daily clinical groups.
• Phase 2B: Intensive Outpatient (IOP) model with 3 day per week group work. Clients focus on aftercare planning and transition from treatment.
