Story Written By NJ High-School-Student Picked Up By Hollywood

Hollywood may be a tricky place, but it proves that the imagination is a terrible thing to waste.

Hollywood, CA – May 18, 2015 /MarketersMedia/

Most people would give anything for a shot at Hollywood. It’s a place that draws bewilderment and curiosity from the glitz and the glamour that seems to follows its occupants. Hollywood is also a place that has proven that an idea, no matter how old it may be, can become an overnight sensation at any given time.

Just this week, “Back Stabber” was officially green-lighted for production as a new TV show pilot. The story follows the tangled tale of high school friends, where the sleepy town they live in will be rocked after the new guy moves into town, bringing with him secrets and deception’s. A place where parents are hoping to burry their past, start over and never look back.

Hollywood has proven countless times that a good idea simply never dies. Written well over 8 years ago in high school by Ryan Zamo, the sensational story has now found its way into a written script for a TV series, Zamo commented “I was obsessed with writing this story in high school, I had totally forgotten about it, until I was going through old files and found it. I realized that I now have the means and connections to actually make it a TV show”.

Ryan Zamo has made quite a name for himself in Hollywood since moving from NJ in 2007. He has acted in numerous films, television shows and commercials as well as modeling for magazines and billboards. Zamo also became a pop sensation just over 2 years ago, after his single “TrySexuality” dominated the radio charts over night, he has now gone on to have multiple chart topping singles and albums sold worldwide.

This will be the first time Zamo will be behind the scenes, as both writer and producer for the TV pilot, he said “Its actually easier to not be the one in front of the camera, there’s so much less pressure, even though I will most likely still end-up writing myself a part in it”. The TV pilot is currently still in pre-production, though no further information is available on its release date yet, the show is set to start shooting sometime next month.
