Successful Entrepreneur Allen Baler is Featured Guest in Interview on RookstoolInterviews.com
During the In-Depth Interview, Baler Discussed what Inspired him to Get Into the Preparedness Industry and How he Stays Motivated
LOS ANGELES / ACCESSWIRE / June 20, 2016 / Allen Baler from 4Patriots, LLC, is pleased to announce that he was recently a featured guest in an in-depth interview on RookstoolInterviews.com. The website features interviews with some of the country’s top executives.
During the course of the interview, Allen Baler answered a variety of interesting questions on a number of different topics. For example, as a veteran Internet marketer, Baler shared what inspired him to get into the preparedness industry. As he explained, it all started at a kitchen table in Nashville, Tennessee.
“I sat down with a notepad and penned the blueprint for what is now 4Patriots,” Baler said, adding that after many years working in a corporate job, he knew there had to be something more meaningful and fulfilling out there.
“I wanted to control my own destiny and to provide value and service to Americans who wanted to live freely and independently.”
As for the best day of work he has had so far, Baler said it was when he made his first sale of a survival seed product. The sale made him realize that he was on his way to helping Americans to live independently and self reliantly.
“But to be honest, every day of work is amazing. I love what I do and enjoy being around my employees,” Baler said.
When asked how he stays motivated, Baler explained that he strives to always keep his company’s mission in mind.
“I don’t let day-to-day small things get to me. I’m the leader of my team and as such, I lead the way,” he said.
“Inspiring Americans to achieve an independent lifestyle with the help of my team is motivating. Personally, I keep our mission in mind. It’s always a good thing to stay focused on the long-term mission and keep the end goal in sight.”
If he could travel back in time for one day and meet with his younger self, Baler said he would advise himself to stay on course and always think of his goals. While he knows first-hand that starting a company from scratch is not an easy task, he would reassure his younger self that it’s all worth it in the end.
“Stay fiercely independent, morally straight and have the intestinal fortitude to lead others when your team is struggling and needs direction,” he said.
