The Artas® Robotic FUE Hair Transplant modality uses advanced robotics and computerized precision to extract singular hair follicles from the donor area while the surgeon implants each individual follicle in the balding area where it will grow for life.

Follicular Unit Extraction or “FUE” is an extraction technique which removes individual follicular units for transplant using a precision image-guided robotic arm that makes micro-sized dissection punches into the scalp. This process is minimally-invasive and does not leave a linear scar like the standard strip extraction methods do. Once the follicular unit is extracted the computer interface allows the doctor or specialist to transplant the hair into the effected region with a much higher rate of graft survival.
