A survey conducted by Crown Clinic has revealed that many Brits feel pressured to look “good” when meeting with friends and family at Christmas. While the majority feel good about themselves while spending time with others, the survey highlights the need for kindness and support.

Crown Clinic conducted a survey of 500 Brits in an effort to understand how their self-esteem fluctuates during the months leading up to Christmas.
