Chester Le Street ASC is celebrating its 41st Anniversary with a month-long series of events to commemorate over four decades of amazing years in business. This is a huge milestone for the UK-based swimming club business, which has provided swim training to young swimmers since 1975.

Chester Le Street ASC got its start in 1975 when founder Bob Taylor saw an opportunity to teach and develop the swimming abilities of young athletes in the local area and decided to set up a club to teach the next generation of swimming stars.

One of the earliest challenges Chester Le Street ASC faced was finding the right calibre of instructors to teach at the highest levels.

While every business of course faces challenges, some, like Chester Le Street ASC are fortunate enough to enjoy real successes, wins and victories too. Once such victory came when they found high quality swim trainers with national and Olympic experience.

Angelica Rickards , business development manager at Chester Le Street ASC was also quoted when discussing another big win. “One of the high points of Chester Le Street ASC’s history so far was establishing a base at the local swimming baths allowed us to develop the club quickly.”

Chester Le Street ASC currently consists of 12 employees and has big plans for the upcoming year. One of their core objectives is to win loads of medals at the upcoming North West youth swimming championships..
