The National Adoption Foundation Announces Grants for Potential Adoptive Parents

The National Adoption Foundation proudly announces they are now offering adoption grants to help offset the cost of a home study. This study remains a requirement of adopting a child, and prospective parents may be hesitant to take on the expense. This includes the cost of the home study, medical expenses, and more. Private adoptions run anywhere from $14,500 to $35,000, but costs can vary greatly when this option is selected. Foreign adoptions range from $25,000 to $50,000 typically, and many families discover they cannot afford any of these options. With the help of this grant, the cost of an agency adoption decreases.
