Upper Street Marketing, Inc.’s recent acquisition, Sprizzi Single Beverage System Blasts Forward With New Acquisition & Major Retailer Agreements
Acquires Nature’s Agave(TM) with Retail Distribution in Walmart, Williams-Sonoma & U.S. Military Commissaries
LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / November 19, 2015 / Upper Street Marketing, Inc. (OTCPink: UPPR) (PINKSHEETS: UPPR) recently acquired the maker of Sprizzi Personal Beverage System and today announced they are completing the acquisition of natural sweetener company Nature’s Agave. The acquisition enables our subsidiary Sprizzi to leverage existing distribution and retail channels in two of the world’s largest retailers, Walmart and the U.S. Commissaries. These moves mark Sprizzi’s greatest push yet to take the $1 trillion beverage industry by storm.
The two entities signed contracts Oct. 31, and Nature’s Agave CEO Stewart Duncan will join as head of operations for Sprizzi on Dec. 1.

GoSweet is the world’s only zero-calorie “superblend” sweetener, and GoSweetPro is the only organic sweetener with probiotics available on the market. All the products are organic, non-GMO, gluten-free and manufactured using sustainable practices.
Nature’s Agave products have appeared on Master Chef, Cooking Light, Martha Stewart Living, Extra!, and NBC and Fox morning shows in the hands of Guy Fieri and Sharone Hakman. They have also been featured on menus at prestigious restaurants in New York, Miami, Aspen and San Francisco.
The company’s overseas distribution includes customers such as Walmart, KeHE Foods, HEB, Williams-Sonoma and military commissaries. Nature’s Agave also sells its products in bulk and has numerous partners that use the products in nationally distributed premium retail brands.
