Users Can Now Create Invoices Directly In ManageByStats

April 26, 2017 – – Philip Jepsen, CEO of ManageByStats, reported today that users can now create invoices directly in their ManageByStats. This feature has been absent, but was requested by users and has now been added. Prior to the invoicing option payment info was displayed in the Payments area of ManageByStats, however there was no provision for generating a formal invoice.

“This feature was in demand,” says Mr. Jepsen. “So we added it. We’ve always had the payment info available in ManageByStats, but we were finding more and more that our users need the ability to generate an invoice on demand. In particular our overseas users, where compliance requirements are much higher than here in the US. Having this option now lets them easily get what they need when they need it.”

ManageByStats was created to serve Amazon sellers in the management of their Amazon business. It includes tools for the key areas of selling on Amazon, specifically for managing Inventory, Sales and Customers. Additional tools have been added to the suite, that run with the main application, such as SellerMail, an email notification tool, and SellerBlast, and email campaign tool. ManageByStats offers other services as well, such as Email and Phone Appends, where they can get real email addresses and phone numbers for customers. All fees paid for ManageByStats are displayed in the Payment area, and can now be added to a custom invoice.

“Our philosophy from the beginning with ManageByStats has been to provide as many tools in one place for selling on Amazon,” says Mr. Jepsen. “It may sound like a lot, but we’re trying to be a one-stop resource where you can do it all. This ultimate goal is a long way off, but we’re getting there. The ability to create invoices on demand brings us one step closer.”

The new invoicing feature in ManageByStats’ is now available. It can be found in the settings area.
