Vietnamese and Asian restaurant, Gion Restautant is now offering customer loyalty cards.

April 21, 2015 – – Vietnamese and Asian restaurant, Gion Restautant, occupying a space Caribou Corner, is now offering customer loyalty cards.

Gion Restaurant specializes in Vietnamese cuisine while additionally serving a myriad of other Asian fare. Their loyalty card grants one free entrée after receiving 10 stamps. This offer is limited to one stamp per visit for each customer.

“Gion restaurant serves great Vietnamese soups and dishes from all around Asia. We would like our guests to explore and experience different flavors and ingredients from all corners. Our focus is to use fresh ingredients and bring an authentic taste true to its origin,” says owner Brooklyn Vo.

One of their most popular dishes is pho, a Vietnamese noodle soup consisting of broth, linguine-shaped rice noodles called bánh phở, an abundance of herbs, such as Thai basil and cilantro, and meat. Gion Restaurant’s Chef’s Special Pho includes fresh sliced beef, meatballs, brisket, tendon, and tripe.

“We promote healthy eating by using quality and fresh ingredients in the food we serve. Our priority is to satisfy our customers and help our employees grow. We always try to give back to our community as much as we can,” says Vo.

Fresh pho soup easily fits into a balanced and healthy diet. A serving of pho typically holds 20 percent of the daily recommended value for iron, which is important for red blood cells. Chicken pho generally has the least fat and is a good source of lean protein. Even the more traditional tripe is lean and low in calories. Pho also comes with an extra plate of fresh bean sprouts, Thai basil, and jalapeño. These fresh herbs and vegetables are low in calories, rich in nutrients, and allow you to customize your soup to your own preference.

They also serve bahn mi sandwiches, a popular street food in Vietnam. These sandwiches include beef and fresh vegetables. Besides Vietnamese classics, Gion Restaurant also serves other various Asian dishes, such as pad thai, noodle bowls, curries, wonton soup, spring rolls, and more.

Gion Restaurant saw a major expansion last year due to growing demand. This expansion allowed them to grow their seating from 20 to 90 seats. JGM Properties owns and manages Caribou Corner, as well as 15 suburban Minneapolis warehouse, and office space properties. Founded in 1980, JGM Properties works with over 200 tenants, including You Therapy to provide office, warehouse, and retail space for lease in Minnesota. “Our experience working with JGM Properties has always been positive and they are very attentive to our needs. JGM Properties was very kind to help us with the expansion financially,” says Vo.
