West London Locksmith Can Now Be Contacted Through Social Media
September 01, 2015 – – Locked Out Locksmith London, based in Pembroke Road, has announced that they have opened their doors to social media. While most of their customers have the company’s telephone number on speed dial, they want to make sure that they know other methods of communication are also possible. This is beneficial for those people who have run out of telephone credit just as they are locked out of their building. Additionally, it gives people an opportunity to stay up to date with the latest developments within the company and the world of locksmiths.
“Many clients have us on speed dial for all their locksmithing and security needs,” says Brendan Connolly from Locked Out London. “That’s not the only way to keep in touch with us, though. If you want the latest news and promos from our company, let social media open the door for you.”
The company has recently launched their YouTube channel. This is an opportunity for people to really get to know the locksmith London residents can go to, as it introduces the owner and employees in great detail. Furthermore, the YouTube channel includes reviews and testimonials from existing customers who have had excellent experiences about the service. Additionally, customers are able to enter questions in the comment boxes with each of the videos and a representative will reply to them as soon as possible.
The West London locksmith is also on Google+. Here, various pieces of information are included in terms of best practices for locks, as well as various security tips. For instance, people should replace all of the locks in their new home as soon as they move into it. All Google+ postings have been created by employees of Locked Out London and customers are encouraged to comment and discuss their personal lock needs.
Locked Out London is also active on both Facebook and Twitter. “We have embraced social media and feel like we have entered the 21st century at last,” adds Brendan Connolly. “Locksmithing is an ancient art, but that doesn’t mean we have to be ancient in our practices. We encourage all our customers to follow and like us on all our different channels.”
