Wheels For Wishes Surpasses $40 Million Donation Milestone

Long-time charity supporter of Make-A-Wish reaches donation goal for 2016.

Car Donation Foundation d/b/a Wheels For Wishes, the car donation charity, has reached a milestone of $40,214,165 donated to Make-A-Wish chapters throughout the U.S. in furtherance of their charitable work for children, as of Dec. 2016.

Wheels For Wishes is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization originally founded in 2009. Initially it was a small entity that helped develop a car donation program to a small number of Make-A-Wish chapters. Since then, this car donation program has become a very large national program and has had the pleasure of donating to more than 42 Make-A-Wish chapters throughout the U.S. Donors who take part in the car donation program receive free vehicle towing from any location as well as a tax-deductible receipt.
