Xarelto Lawsuit: Missouri Widow Files Complaint For Wrongful Death of Husband
July 22, 2015 – – Bloodthinnerhelp.com reports on a wrongful death lawsuit which has been filed in relation to allegedly dangerous side effects of Xarelto.
Xarelto is a popular blood thinner drug which has been a controversial topic after recently published studies showed a link between the blockbuster drug and severe side effects including uncontrollable bleeding.
People across the country are now filing lawsuits against several companies involved in the manufacturing and distribution of Xarelto in the US. Among other allegations, the pending lawsuits allege that these companies acted negligently by failing to warn the public of significant risks associated with Xarelto.
New Complaint Alleges Wrongful Death of Missouri Man
A lawsuit filed by a woman on May 22nd, 2015 alleges that Xarelto caused her husband to experience internal bleeding which eventually resulted in his wrongful death.
According to the complaint, the decedent was prescribed Xarelto by his physician in December of 2012. The man was then hospitalized on May 8th, 2013 for a cerebral hemorrhage and was later transferred to the Intensive Care Unit to be treated for his condition.
Unfortunately, the man passed away on May 22nd, 2013 from medical complications that were allegedly caused by Xarelto side effects.
