(NEX: ZIP.H) (“ZipLocal”) announces that the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Laurence Ezer, CPA, CA as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Effective September 1, 2016, Mr. Ezer assumes this role from Raj Ravindran acting as the previous Interim CFO. Mr. Ezer is also a Director of ZipLocal Inc.
