Ben Zobrist Autograph Signing Set For July 18

July 01, 2016 – – DUBUQUE, Iowa — Superstars of the Game is proud to announce that they are holding a private autograph signing session with Chicago Cubs star Ben Zobrist. The event will take place on July 18, 2016.

Fans can pre-order items — bats, jerseys, photos and balls — that they would like to have signed at the autograph signing session now. Orders will be shipped around July 18.

Mike Sauerbry, owner of Superstars of the Game, says: “Ben Zobrist, or Zorilla as he is known by Chicago Cubs fans, is having a great year and fans absolutely love him. We’re so happy to be able to host this private autograph signing session. We have a limited number of items available for Ben to sign, so we encourage people to purchase theirs as soon as possible.”

Zobrist has a long and interesting baseball career. He was drafted into the Houston Astros and traded to the Tampa Bay Rays in 2006, where he stayed until 2015 before being traded to Oakland Athletics. That same year, he was traded to Kansas City Royals and, just six months later, still in 2015, he was traded again and found his new and current home with the Chicago Cubs.

Zobrist has a career .267 average, but he’s upped his game in 2016 with the Cubs. He’s currently on pace to set career highs in average and home runs for the first-place Cubs.
