National Dental Placements Announces July 2016 Successes

NDP is pleased to announce that there were several successes achieved during July 2016. During July, 2016, NDP expanded its staff with two new hires, and was instrumental in arranging for two seller representations and three buyer representations in a practice transition.

NDP had two new hires Mr. Curtis Jones as a financial analyst and Ms. Jana Kirkland, Team Coordinator. NDP represented two dental practices in successful closings. The first was a general practice in New Mexico which closed on July 22, 2016. A full transition of the practice was arranged. The second was for a general practice in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. This was also full transition and it closed on July 1, 2016.

In addition to serving as a seller representative, NDP provided buyer representation services in three closings. NDP helped a buyer with a 100 percent transition of an Orthodontic practice in California, closing on July 15, 2016. They also assisted a Houston area Endodontist purchase a fifty percent interest in a practice and closed on July 29, 2016. Finally they assisted a buyer in general practice in West Texas which closed on July 22, 2016.
