Caribbean Speakers Inc. Launches in Kingston Jamaica

Caribbean Speakers Inc. (CSI) is Jamaica’s first speakers’ bureau. The bureau is the place to locate and hire the best speakers, trainers, coaches and entertainers in the Caribbean. A team of four is the front runners of this initiative, Alicia Lyttle, Alvin Day, Calvin Hunter and Howard McIntosh.

Caribbean Speakers Inc. launched this great venture at the Jamaica Pegasus hotel, where special guests were invited to preview some of the bureau’s speakers.

The lineup had speakers such as Dr. Andre McDonald , Heneka Watkis-Porter, Daniel Edwards, Sheree Martin, Jeffery Azan, Dr. Sandra Palmer, Dr. Claire Nelson, Dr. Nsombi Jaja, Michelle Sinclair-Doyley, Jennifer McDonald and Wayne Chen. Dj Kurt Riley and Owen ‘Blakka’ Ellis who kept the audience laughing and entertained. “Caribbean Speakers Inc. removes the stress from finding the best presenters and entertainers for company events. Event planners and department heads have already begun to contact us to provide expert presenters for upcoming sessions,” said Alvin Day, one of the masterminds behind Caribbean Speakers Inc.

Described as a much-needed service on the island, event planners, department heads and HR leaders now have a central source from which to access, evaluate and to choose the best experts available to speak, train, coach or entertain at their events.

“The Caribbean has some of the world’s best speakers and now they will have the opportunity to shine and get the exposure they deserve through the launch of the Caribbean Speakers Inc.,’’ says one of the co-founders, Alicia Lyttle.

At the end of the launch, Alvin Day represented Caribbean Speakers Inc. and invited all the attendees to contact Caribbean Speakers Inc. when they need a speaker for their next event.
