Also Dr Sims believes people need to confront the elephant in the room. Meaning he says they need to air out the deepest most obvious issues people never confront. Because it is the only way they can get past the past.

Dr Sims constituted “The root of it involves how people recognize, assess, and address the truth within their own persona.” He continued “The only way we are going to have healthy relationships is if we first assess ourselves. The other person cannot be the root of the problem. As Adults we must take responsibility for our own issues.”
