Treetop Adventures Announces Grand Re-Opening Event On June 9Th, 2018 To Celebrate Its Brand New Adventure Park

CANTON, MA June 4, 2018 – TreeTop Adventures, Greater Boston’s Largest Zip-line and Climbing Adventure Park, announces the Grand Re-Opening celebration for a NEW Adventure Park, Saturday June 9th with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 3pm. The new park remains located in Canton MA at the Irish Cultural Centre, and features several new and exciting elements including 20 zip-lines, new bridges, a “Tarzan Swing” into a Cargo Net, the “Leap of Faith”, the “Skateboard in the Sky”, and an all new low ropes course for Team Building group outings.

Kids, teens, adults, families and groups have been happily zipping through the trees since TreeTop Adventures opened in 2016. Boston Magazine recognized Treetop as “Best of the New” outdoor attractions, and TreeTop Adventures has received a Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor for its 5 star rating.

“We’re so excited by the customer feedback – we’ve got some incredible new innovations in our trails, more zip-lines, and the customers are absolutely loving it!” said owner Chris “Topher” Kerr. “As the summer heats up, TreeTop Adventures is the place to be – it is “cooler” under the Trees!”

The Grand Re-opening will feature special $39 pricing all day to celebrate TreeTop’s 3rd summer season. Just 20 minutes south of Boston, TreeTop Adventures is a summer bucket list “must do” for outdoor adventure enthusiasts.

About TreeTop Adventures
Located at 200 New Boston Drive in Canton, TreeTop Adventures is an “Adventure Park” – a new concept of self-guided ropes park that includes both zip lines – those cables that one rides across from tree to tree – as well as a series of different “challenge bridges” between tree platforms.

The park’s 20 zip lines and over 100 bridges are connected in a series of different “treetop trails.” Customers can choose from ten of these different color-coded trails ranging from beginner to expert so there are suitable challenges for both beginners as well as more experienced climbers and seasoned athletes.

Customers, known as “climbers,” wear safety harnesses, doubly secured to cables throughout their time in the trees. The harnesses employ an “always locked on” climbing system of interlocking carabineers (coupling links). Climbers receive a thorough orientation session before going on the trails, which are designed for self-discovery, making lessons otherwise unnecessary. Park Monitors are always available for questions or assistance.

TreeTop Adventures welcomes groups, such as school trips, camp trips, scouting events, birthday parties, family reunions, and teambuilding events. Special rates are available for groups.

TreeTop Adventures has free parking, and free picnic tables. Spectators are welcome to observe the “climbers” for free, and there are many benches for those with mobility issues.

Partnership with the Irish Cultural Centre
TreeTop Adventures zip-lining and climbing park is built on 3 acres of land on the Irish Cultural Centre Campus. To celebrate Irish heritage, each of the 10 trails at TreeTop Adventures is named after historic Irish or Celtic landmarks such as Giant’s Causeway, Ha’Penny Bridge, and the Cliffs of Moher.

Irish Cultural Centre Executive Director Greg Jackson said “We’re delighted that TreeTop Adventures has re-opened for the 2018 season with a new course. The Irish Cultural Centre is known for fun and safe family activity, and the kids and adults seem to walk a little taller after climbing at TreeTop.”

Eco-Friendly, Outdoor Fun for Kids, Teens, Adults, Groups
TreeTop Adventures is an eco-friendly attraction that encourages appreciation of nature and enjoyment of healthy play in the outdoors. Tree-friendly construction techniques are used employing cables and wedges to secure the platforms, rather than bolts or nails, helping the trees to remain healthy. Professional arborists maintain the trees and overall forest property along with TreeTop Adventures staff.

Operating Hours
TreeTop Adventures will be open during the summer seven days a week. See website for daily hours and seasonal changes. After Labor Day, TreeTop Adventures will be open weekends and holidays, and mid-week for groups of 12 or more. The Park is closed during the winter.
