He noted that according to 14 CFR 91.17, (b) of the Federal Aviation Administration, flight employees are mandated to disallow crews obviously intoxicated passengers to board planes.

“Flight attendants should be able to spot drunk passengers by their movement and behavior. They should be proactive in preventing intoxicated passengers from boarding or in removing them from the flights,” Beato emphasized.

The alleged drunk woman was told to turn off her cellular phone, but instead of complying, she started yelling at the flight crew. Noticing that fellow passengers began filming her, the woman turned her attention to them and cursed at them, asking them to record as much as they want.

She then turned around, lifted her skirt to expose her behind and began twerking.
