Nap ho ga Thanh An – manhole cover professional manufacturer has introduced a whole new set of Light duty inspection frames and chamber covers. These are very first light-duty manhole cover that made in Vietnam. They are available in a variety of styles including square, round, sealed, ductile iron, aluminum.

The skilled engineers of the company have spent many years to conduct the final products. “Firstly, we observed that there was a demand for light-duty manhole cover because of the many disadvantages of an old manhole cover. Despite durability, the heavy duty manhole cover is hard to delivery, set up and remove.” Product manager explains the reason for new products. “Therefore, we researched alternative materials that are as strong as old ones but lighter. Also, we mix materials with chemical additives. Finally, through many experiments, we have products presented today to ensure the technical requirements and testing methods.”

The most attracting product is the one made from composite. It has advanced features such as easy to replace and repair. The raw materials are abundant so the price is low. In addition, the composite manhole cover weighs 4 times less than iron or steel one. Especially, the manhole cover with composite will not be stolen, which bring high economic efficiency, because the composite is not able to recycle or use. New light-duty manhole covers and frames are typically suitable for applications up to load class A15 and used in pedestrian-only or bicycle places.
