The purpose of the new site design and format was to make it easier for site visitors looking for information on criminal defence to learn more about the law firm’s practice areas, their rights, contacting the law firm, and reading about relevant Toronto criminal law news. Mobile friendly features were also incorporated into the new website design.

Jeffrey Reisman wanted the new website to be organized in such a manner where people could quickly find the information they desired. To this end, contact information was placed predominantly on the homepage at the top of the screen showing the address, phone number, and email address for the law firm. Links were incorporated into the contact information, such as displaying the location on Google Maps when a person clicks on the law firm’s address or opening their preferred email account if they click on the email address link. Customer may even use Skype or other Internet telephone applications to directly call the law firm by clicking on the telephone number link.

Besides these new features, information was reorganized on the site’s homepage with an easy to navigate information bar. People simply have to click on the topic which interests them most or choose from a list of drop down choices to be taken to the page containing that information on the law firm’s website. Prospective clients desiring to talk about their criminal law matters with Jeffrey Reisman can schedule a consultation appointment from the homepage and the law firm will confirm their appointment time with a return phone call or email.

Another beneficial change made to the website was adding links to Jeffrey Reisman Law’s social media sites on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and Pinterest. Anyone, who wants to follow information through social media, simply has to click the link to like the page or subscribe to the social media content. Lastly, the new website content was updated to provide mobile friendly browsing experiences for visitors using their mobile devices to access the website.
