The Company has further progressed its development of CBD Oil and Hemp Fiber, to the point that these will be its net available products. Cannabidiol or CBD is the other main ingredient in the marijuana plant, besides THC. CBD is non-psychoactive because it does not act on the same pathways as THC and CBD does not cause a high. Therefore, CBD has a wide range of medical benefits. Medical effects of CBD include: reduces nausea and vomiting, suppresses seizure activity, combats psychosis disorders, combats inflammatory disorders, combats neurodegenerative disorders, combats tumor and cancer cells and combats anxiety and depression disorders. HempAmericana expects to make further announcements on its CBD Oil in the near future.
Hemp fiber is one of the most valuable parts of the marijuana plant. It is commonly called bast, which refers to the fibers which grow on the outside of the plant’s stalk. Bast fibers give the plants strength. In Europe and China, hemp fibers have been used in prototype quantities to strengthen concrete, and in other composite materials for many construction and manufacturing applications. A mixture of fiberglass, hemp fiber, kenaf, and flax has been used to make composite panels for automobiles. The first identified coarse paper, made from hemp, dates to the early Western Han Dynasty. HempAmericana expects to make further announcements on its Hemp Fiber in the near future.
HempAmericana plans to make a wide variety of products out of hemp and hemp-based materials along with supplementary goods. This includes, but is not limited to, hempcrete (hemp-based concrete), hemp bags, hemp seeds for consumption, hemp clothing and hemp rolling paper. HempAmericana plans to fill the growing need and demand for hemp-based products within the United States through aggressive marketing and by ensuring that a number of major retailers stock products created by HempAmericana. The company plans to follow all Federal regulations and statutes pertinent to the sale of hemp-based goods.
