RentRedi Adds 24/7 Hands-Off Maintenance Coordination with Latchel Integration

With RentRedi’s Latchel integration, landlords interested in outsourcing maintenance repairs can sign up for the Latchel add-on that provides tenants with 24/7 maintenance services, including emergency repairs.

Landlords can spend less time worrying about maintenance and emergency issues, while Latchel provides expert troubleshooting, contractor dispatch, and follow-ups on completion. Additionally, RentRedi landlords can select a 24/7 Emergency Service plan (covers emergency repairs only) or the Full Coordination maintenance plan (covers all maintenance repairs), depending on their preference.
