Genessy began her career at Marcus & Millichap in Nashville, developing expertise in the office and industrial asset classes. She holds real estate licenses in Florida, Tennessee, and New York.

Her Business Management degree from the University of Central Florida and active membership in industry-leading organizations, including ULI (Urban Land Institute), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), and NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association), further demonstrate her commitment to delivering exceptional service and staying on top of market trends.
