(Los Angeles, CA)—A busy lifestyle lends executives toward the growing prevalence of unhealthy eating and obesity. To counter that tendency and provide sustainable healthy eating habits, executive Gabriella Kindert announces the release of her debut book, The Busy Executive Diet, Learn How and What to Eat to Control Your Weight While Balancing Your Mind. The book, which is scheduled to launch on November 19, 2015, will be available on Amazon.com and at other retail establishments.
Gabriella Kindert, an internationally successful financial executive, created The Busy Executive Diet after realizing that her executive lifestyle contributed to weight gain, diets, stress, and energy levels. After years of eating processed foods and substituting snacks for meals, she eliminated certain products and foods from her diet. The changes she made not only resulted in weight loss, but improved focus, concentration, clarity, energy, and balance.
The Busy Executive Diet can be practiced by anyone, but is particularly geared toward executives, whose jobs carry a high level of accountability and stress. Executives also typically work longer hours and travel frequently, which makes it difficult for them to eat healthy meals prepared at home. In addition, their jobs are sedentary and indoors, which limits their exercise and physical activities.
In this book, Kindert explains how the mind is affected by nutrition and shares how to change eating habits and achieve lasting weight and mind control, without dieting. Readers will learn how to control food cravings and bad eating habits, in spite of mental stress, how to create a positive relationship with food, how to use the power of their metabolism to lose weight with limited exercise, and how to control their metabolism to maintain high energy levels. Kindert also shares ways to incorporate exercise into a busy schedule, without giving up the valuable time needed to meet deadlines in a hectic schedule.
The Busy Executive Diet also included an appendix that provides a full healthy eating plan that includes three full meals a day, plus snacks.
