Alter Will Give People a New Way to Take Fun and Creative Selfies Anywhere

LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / April 28, 2017 / The founders of Alter Fabs, three friends who live in Brussels, Belgium, are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of Alter: The multi-purpose holder for smartphones and GoPros. Thanks to the upcoming Alter, people will have a new way to take fun and creative selfies anywhere, without the use of a selfie stick or asking a total stranger to take a photo.

As a spokesperson for Alter noted, the innovative device will work on all smartphones, and will feature a fully rotative ball that lets people shoot from any angle. A reinforced suction cup that is 50mm across will keep the Alter in place, as will a large clamp and two powerful magnets. People can also remove their smartphone from Alter and use their GoPro in it instead.

“Use the Alter basically everywhere and for any use,” noted the spokesperson, adding that the team from Alter Fabs was inspired to create Alter by their dislike of selfie sticks. While they enjoy taking photos and selfies during their vacations and everyday life, the trio quickly realized that there was not a convenient and easy way to do this.

“A few months ago, they got the idea to make Alter. Alter is a simple, efficient, modular, all-terrain and inexpensive way to take fun and creative selfies basically everywhere and directly with their phones.”

In order to help pay for the production and marketing costs associated with bringing Alter to the public, the team from Alter Fabs recently launched a fundraiser on Kickstarter. There, they hope to raise around $16,363 in American dollars and help people take better selfies, one shot at a time.

As Patrick the Engineer from Alter Fabs noted, he and Laetitia the Designer and Gaetan the Video/Photo expert are all looking forward to releasing their clever product and helping people take better pictures.

“We know our work is not finished and our entire focus is on delivering a great quality product on time,” he said.
