Colorado Company Announces National Expansion with TCH-Free, CBD Delivery System for Cannabis Marijuana Infused Product Companies International Consolidated Companies (OTC: INCC) Shareholder Update on St. James Remedies (SJR)
DENVER, CO / ACCESSWIRE / October 27, 2016 / An innovative Colorado company, INCC, has announced national expansion plans.
St. James Remedies will be selling its products, a better, smarter delivery system technology for CBD, and licensing its brand to Marijuana Infused Products companies (MIPs) in the states where medical marijuana are state legal. The MIP will add THC to the SJR capsule, making it a salable item in the medical dispensaries.
INCC CEO and Chairman Antonio F. Uccello has notified the company that he will direct St. James Remedies (SJR) to issue a portion of the shares due to him to the shareholders of INCC. The companies intend to accomplish this by registering the shares and having them issued as a stock dividend to the INCC shareholders.
“We are very excited to be a part of the medical solutions without being directly involved in the addition of THC or direct sales of medical marijuana products.” St. James Remedies currently include cannabidiol (CBD) based wellness drinks, and gel caps.
According to Uccello, INCC is analyzing additional, innovative acquisitions in the growing cannabis and hemp space. INCC is currently in negotiations with several marijuana- infused product companies as they eye national expansion. The end of Cannabis prohibition has been sweeping the country with nearly 25 states who allow some form of consumption, and a multitude of others that may decided to end prohibition in the November election.
“Now that we have a definitive path we will be completing the steps needed to bring INCC in compliance with OTC markets,” he said. “As the sale of assets is no longer possible, I want to ensure the INCC shareholders still received a similar distribution.”
Other announcements include the retention of Proven Media, an award-winning public relations firm for cannabis and hemp companies.
“Opportunities abound for an experienced company like IINC and St. James Remedies. We are poised and prepared for aggressive and expansive growth,” Uccello said. The company is expected to announce additional expansion plans in November.
