Cibaria International, Inc. CEO Wins Award. Kathy Griset CEO of Cibaria International has won the 2015 Spirit Corporate Entrepreneur award and the “Best of the Best” Top Award for all categories. Spirit of the Entrepreneur awards started in 2002 and has grown into one of the Inland Empire California’s premier business event commonly known as “The Oscars of Business”. Spirit of the Entrepreneur celebrates the true game changers that take risks, launch innovative ventures, while creating new jobs that often help dramatically change the way that we live and work.

Cibaria International, Inc. packs and sells edible oils and balsamic vinegars in both branded and private label to all food and non-food channels. Kathy Griset, a single mother started Cibaria International, Inc. in 1998 with a vision of selling a wide-variety of olive oils and balsamic vinegars to all business large and small. Located in Riverside, California the firm recently expanded, doubling in size to a 130,000 square foot building. The company has plans to add a 20,000 square foot clean-room facility and 328,000 gallons tank storage capacity. As a result, Cibaria has plans to double the firm’s sales in the next 3-5 years.

Cibaria International started in an 11,000 square foot facility in Rancho Cucamonga, California with 7 employees and now employs over 40. Her hard work, keen business sense, and above and beyond customer service helped Cibaria International achieve nationwide success.
