Former presidential candidate to host the 25-year reunion of the Claremont Colleges at his $25 million estate in Maui.

Hart Cunningham is a name that’s been in the news over the last few years. Also known as the artist Ryderman, Cunningham became a national figure after putting himself forward as a Democratic presidential candidate for the 2020 election. Despite not winning his bid, the philanthropist and highly successful entrepreneur is still looking to give back. Recently, he has announced that he will host the 25-year reunion of the Claremont Colleges at his large estate in Maui. It is due to take place in 2023, and many big names and former graduates are going to be there. The estate itself is worth 25 million dollars and has featured in Forbes, presenting a unique location for this big reunion.
Youngest to graduate from Claremont Graduate University
At age 22, Hart Cunningham was the youngest person to graduate from his university at the time. Hart participated in 3 collegiate sports, attending classes at every Claremont school, including Scripps, Harvey Mudd, Claremont McKenna, Pitzer, and Pomona.
In addition to this, Cunningham studied at the Michael G. Foster School of Business at the University of Washington in Seattle at the age of 20. This was all to prepare him for being the youngest ever graduate of Peter F Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. Peter F Drucker was eagerly sought by the senior executives of the Adela Investment Company, a private initiative of the world’s multinational corporations to promote investment in the developing countries of Latin America. Drucker’s 39 books have been translated into more than 36 languages. Hart Cunningham was the youngest student earning honors, before graduating to become 3 times Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in Technology, retiring at the young age of 38.
A focus on the environment and a presidential run
Hart Cunningham puts a huge focus on the environment and climate change. Indeed, this was a key part of his campaign for POTUS as he journeyed to 22 states in 2018-19 for the Democratic Party. Currently, he is planting thousands of trees a day in Central America through aerial drones, and he hopes to plant a trillion of them in his entire life.
Hart will be hosting the 25th Claremont Graduate reunion in June 2023 at his multi-million estate in Maui. It is seen as a unique backdrop for the reunion, with a 250-foot waterfall as one of the key features. Forbes dubbed the place a ‘one of a kind’ property when shining the spotlight on it in 2018.
