Cobblestone Media Group Selects Memphis College of Art Property as Future Headquarters

New Office Space Will Retain Many of the Building’s Original Features

Cobblestone Media Group (CMG), recently acquired a former Memphis College of Art property at 152 N Tucker to serve as their new headquarters. The Memphis-based digital marketing agency will preserve the building’s historic feel while adding state of the art technology.

The CMG ’s headquarters will retain many of its original features including pine and oak flooring and pocket doors, but will also include modern features an innovative mix of working and living spaces for CMG’s employees, partners, and clients.

CMG will continue to promote creativity and innovation in the space by using the building not only for office space s, but also to host workshops, offer co-working opportunities, and provide think tanks.

“The idea is to bring a little of Google to Memphis,” says CMG Partner and Chief Strategist, Eric Mellen.

CMG partnered with Landon Williams, Senior Vice President of Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Advisors, a market leading local commercial real estate firm, to acquire the site of their future headquarters. It was important for CMG to support other local businesses during this endeavor so they are also partnering with Choate’s Air Conditioning Heat and Plumbing, Mister Tree Service, Covenant Landscape, and Frase Protection for upgrades to their new headquarters.
