Custom Cleaning has recently opened a new location in Stuart, FL, and switched to a credit card-only payment system via Maid Central

Even more importantly, this transition enabled Custom Cleaning of the Treasure Coast to adopt a time-saving credit card-only payment system. 

The cleaners check in and out of a client’s house electronically, which not only allows the staff from Custom Cleaning to know where they are during the day but also creates the invoice, charges the credit/debit card on file and sends the client a copy of the invoice. The system also allows for more privacy for our clients, since the only time their home or office notes are available to the cleaners is during the actual scheduled appointment, once the cleaning job is done and the cleaners checkout, nothing is visible until the next cleaning.

They are able to update information themselves if they would like, or they can call our office and we will do it for them.   They also have the ability to set up custom notifications such as “On the Way” and the system calculates the amount of time based on where the cleaners are in  relation to where they are going and gives very specific arrival times to the clients.
