D3 Home Furniture Store Joins Relief Efforts for Areas Damaged by Forest Fires

D3 Home, a reputable furniture store in San Diego partnered with One Tree Planted, a non-profit to plant trees for each furniture item sold.

One of the premier home and office furniture stores in San Diego, D3 Home partnered with a non-profit organization One Tree Planted in an attempt to mitigate the serious consequences of the huge forest fires that destroy large swathes of land and destroy the habitats for countless animals.

One Tree Planted helps plant trees in fire-damaged regions all over the world, including the most heavily impacted region – fire-ravaged Australia. D3 Home is ready to support the replanting efforts as soon as the soil has been prepared, but in the meanwhile, the company has plans to support relief effort closer to home – California forests.

The project ran in January and February 2020, and D3 Home vowed to sponsor planting three trees for every chair or small table bought in this period, as well as four trees for each dining table and 5 trees for each sofa and bed sold in the store, as well as online. By the end of the project, D3 Home reports that they have supported planting 75 trees.
