SPRINGVILLE, UTAH, USA—Management consulting and assessment firm, DecisionWise, announced today that three key individuals have been added to their consulting leadership team. Joining DecisionWise are Christian Nielson as a Principal Consultant, Dan Deka as a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach, and Dr. Geri Marshal as a Consultant and Clinical Psychologist.

Christian Nielson will lead a consulting team focused on leadership and organizational development. He and his team will partner with client organizations to identify unique improvement opportunities and bring about meaningful change. Nielson’s consulting experience includes working in the People & Change advisory practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and as a Sr. Organizational Development Consultant for Intermountain Healthcare. Christian has an MBA with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.

Dan Deka is responsible for partnering with individuals, teams, and organizations to help them design experiences that illuminate leadership potential and improve employee engagement. Deka received his B.A. from Loyola Marymount University and his M.B.A. from San Diego State University. Dan is also a Certified Executive Coach from Georgetown University. His 20-year career in Human Resources includes positions with Packard Bell, Wells Fargo, Capital One, RealNetworks, Micron Technologies, and most recently as the Manager of Organizational Development for a global non-profit.

Also joining the DecisionWise senior consulting team is Geri Marshall. Dr. Marshall blends nearly three decades of leadership experience with a Ph.D in Clinical Psychology to create a coaching style that is personal, professional, and well-grounded in experience. Marshall’s business career began in 1986 when she established a medical practice specializing in mental health treatment for families. In 2003, Dr. Marshall took on the leadership of multidisciplinary teams of professionals within a growing mental health organization. She took an active role in bringing assessment and consultation to all layers of management within the company.
