Disclosure Law Group Names Jessica R. Sudweeks as a Partner

Addition Strengthens Firms Focus on Representing Publicly Traded Companies and Institutional Investors

SAN DIEGO, CA / ACCESSWIRE / February 22, 2017 / Disclosure Law Group is pleased to announce that Jessica R. Sudweeks, formerly an associate, has been named as a partner of the firm, effective February 1, 2017.

Jessica practices in the areas of securities and corporate law. Her extensive experience includes representing companies before the Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, NASDAQ, NYSE MKT, as well as corporate governance matters, drafting complex corporate finance and related documents, structuring public and private offerings, managing PIPE and public securities financings, restructurings and other securities transactions. Her clients range in size from nano-cap public companies trading on the OTC to large NASDAQ and NYSE-listed companies, and includes companies in consumer products, banking, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, software, and other technology-based industries.

Ms. Sudweeks earned her juris doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with an emphasis on Law and Society, from the University of California, Riverside, where she graduated cum laude.
