EBE Ventures Launches Venture Studio

United States – July 12, 2022 —

While seeming like another incubator, EBE Ventures, the new venture studio, aims to provide a more direct approach, getting more hands-on with their applicants than traditional programs. Another aim of the new venture studio is to work with fewer limits than traditional incubators, accelerators, and startup funds. All of this is designed to offer a more accessible source of funding for those startups using emerging technologies to provide exciting solutions that need some help to reach their business goals.

“We operate as an extended team of advisors and strategic resource providers. This allows our startups to scale at a rapid pace.” Says Founder Eric Edelist. 

Early-stage startups valued between $250,000 and a few million dollars are ideal. EBE Ventures will invest between $25,000 and $50,000 in each startup and take an equity stake. How much they invest will depend on the company and its needs, Edelist said.

There is no application process. EBE Ventures plans to identify up-and-coming startups through its own network and talent relationships.

EBE Ventures is based in West Hollywood with an office in Marin. It plans to open another office in Williamsburg next year.
