Evil in Her – Horror Film is Scheduled for Release

Evil in Her Was Created, Co-Written and Produced by Filmmaker Arun Konda

LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / March 28, 2016 / Arun Konda, a filmmaker who has produced several films since 2011, is pleased to announce the upcoming release of his Evil in Her – Horror Film.

As Konda noted, Evil in Her is a unique horror film that tells the story about spirits of young women who try to get revenge on their killers. The spirits work through the body of a young newlywed named Sara who, along with her husband, must ward off her demonic possession before she kills again.

Konda, who was born in India and moved to the United States in 2007, enjoys working on both short and full-length films. His first short film was “Anger,” and he soon followed it up with a sequel, “Anger II,” in 2012. Konda has also directed a full-length feature film titled “Convergence of Souls,” which has not yet been released. He now serves as co-writer, director, producer and creator of the upcoming “Evil in Her” project.

In order to help pay for the costs that are associated with making a successful film, Konda recently launched a fundraising campaign on Kickstarter. He hopes to raise $150,000 through crowdfunding for equipment rentals, location fees, prop rentals, wardrobe rentals and makeup, as well as all the post production costs such as editing, musical score and sound mixing, and also the marketing and distribution of the movie.

“One of our biggest challenges is finding the locations in Los Angeles area and coordinating schedules,” Konda said, adding that he has both private and public locations involved in this project.

Although distribution can be a challenge with low-budget films such as Evil in Her, Konda said he already has a plan in place to effectively distribute the movie. He is also working with a professional fulfillment partner to deliver DVDs, digital downloads and other goodies to backers in a timely way.
