ICC Property Management CEO sees the initiative as his way of giving back in appreciation of the efforts his staff makes to fulfill the company’s goals and objectives.

In a move that has excited his employees, ICC Property Management CEO and founder Steven Christodoulou has announced his plans to reward members of staff for their continued commitment to achieving the goals and objectives the company has set. The plan, dubbed ICC Dream Foundation will reward employees with money and access to opportunities that can advance their personal dreams and ambitions.

According to Steven, who has been at the helm of the company since its inception in 1992, rewarding the employees for their hard work will result in more personal fulfillment which will ultimately improve their output at the property management company. For a chance at the fulfillment of a personal dream, Steven is requiring each employee to send him an email in which he or she will explain in detail what their personal dream is. The ICC boss assures the company staff that the details they will share with him will remain confidential unless the individual employee chooses to make them known to the rest of the members of staff.

Mr. Christodoulou sees ICC Dream Foundation as his way of truly making a difference in the lives of the people around him who have supported his vision and made ICC the company it is today.

The foundation will also, hopefully, reduce employee turnover which has been on the rise in Canadian companies, according to HR Metrics Service. The service found that employee turnover in companies with 500 employees averaged at $1.9 million back in 2010 and is said to have been steadily on the rise.

Available employee turnover and incentive programs statistics show that companies that invest in incentive programs record an over 30% lower turnover.
