IGNIV Offers New Vegan & Plant Based Menu

With options designed to cater to all manner of needs, IGNIV, a Michelin-star restaurant in Bangkok, is now offering a new seasonal menu with a la carte options that include vegan, vegetarian, and plant-based menu items.

IGNIV, a unique sharing concept restaurant by Andreas Caminada, has expanded its offerings with a seasonal menu, providing a full sharing experience or choosing a la carte options that include vegan, vegetarian, and plant-based menu items. The new menu, which is set to be available from September until November 2023, aims to expand the concept of connecting over a meal more closely than ever, welcoming those with specific dietary needs. 

With snacks, starters, mains, desserts, and a candy store, each of them with options suited to dietary preferences of all manners, providing that they are available, IGNIV has launched its greatest-ever range of offerings for vegan, vegetarian, and plant-based food preferences. Diners can select their preference of items from the range and ensure the culinary experience that best suits their needs. 

Immediately upon arrival, guests are welcomed to sit at the kitchen counter to enjoy a selection of snacks that gives diners a glimpse of what flavors and textures the seasonal menu has to offer before moving to their table, where their customized sharing meals will be placed in the middle for all to share and enjoy. 

IGNIV first opened in 2020 with the aim to provide an authentic experience with genuine hospitality, which includes welcoming diners of all preferences and tastes with a top-class meal and excellent service. Based on a unique Swiss Fine Dining Sharing concept, IGNIV aims to help people connect with each other as well as the kitchen and service team, and IGNIV Bangkok is the first of its kind to open outside of Switzerland. Since its opening, IGNIV Bangkok was awarded its first Michelin Star in the 2022 edition of Michelin Guide Thailand and retained it in 2023.

Led by Head Chef David Hartwig, who has long worked alongside concept creator Chef Andreas Caminada, the team at IGNIV includes sous chef and pastry chef, Arne Riehn, as well as Restaurant Manager Regina D’Souza. This trio leads a team of highly-trained, professional service staff who aim to elevate every meal to create a unique and memorable dining experience.
