Integrated Energy Solutions’ Wholly Owned Subsidiary Patten Energy Awarded $2.3m Contract with The City of Los Angeles; Retains New Transfer Agent
NESCONSET, NY / ACCESSWIRE / March 26, 2015 / Integrated Energy Solutions Inc. (IENG), (the “Company” or “Integrated Energy” or “IES”) (www.Integrated-Energy.co), a fully integrated large and small format downstream oil marketer as well as waste oil collector, value-adding recycler and re-distributor, is very please to announce it’s wholly owned subsidiary Patten Energy has secured a two year, $2.3m contract with the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
The Los Angeles Metro city buses are unique in that they run off of clean natural gas. These buses require a very special specification of the oil for their clean natural gas burning engines. Patten’s contract can in fact increase over time and is now the next of various other city, state and federal government agencies Patten Energy is servicing. The company is also in talks with the State of California regarding a fuel supply contract. More information will be provided to the shareholders as it becomes available.
IES would also like to announce it has retained a new transfer agent. The new transfer agent will be reviewing and approving all share reservations and debt conversion submissions to make sure they accurate and in compliance with requirements under the agreement and that they ultimately comply with all state and federal rules and regulations. IES is acting in the best interest of its shareholders and will continue to update them as the company progresses forward.
